General information
Everything on this website is general information about Modular Build Finance. Your accountant, lawyer or broker can tell you how it applies to your company.
Product terms are proposed terms. Rates, fees and sample figures are indicative and subject to credit assessment.
Offers and facilities
A facility starts once your company and Woolong sign a facility agreement. Your letter of offer sets out the facility, the draw schedule, the rate and the fees.
The calculator
The calculator gives estimates from the figures you enter, using a simple model of the 5 draws and capitalised interest. Your letter of offer holds the figures that count.
Applications and build accounts
Information you give us must be true and complete. Keep your sign in details private, and tell us straight away at business@woolong.com.au if you think someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, email business@woolong.com.au straight away.
Companies and super funds only
Woolong lends to Australian companies, including companies acting as trustee of a self-managed super fund, for investment purposes. The finance sits outside the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, and our credit guide has the details.
Our content
The Woolong name, the W mark, the drawings and the words on this website belong to Woolong Capital. You may view and print pages for your own use. Copying, changing or republishing any part of the website for any other purpose needs our written permission.
Other websites
Links to Basiq, DocuSign and other websites are there for convenience. Those websites run under their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the website and its general information are provided as they are, and we are not liable for loss that comes from using the website or relying on that information. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying for them to be supplied again.
