Woolong Capital finances factory-built homes from the modular builders on its panel. Every build is paid in stages: an independent quantity surveyor certifies each one, Woolong pays the builder direct, and title passes to the borrowing company the same day.

The borrower pays at least 20% of the contract price to the builder before the first draw

Can I use a builder that isn't on the panel?
Yes. Homes from other modular builders can be financed once Woolong approves the builder.
How is the builder paid?
Direct by Woolong, as each stage is certified by an independent quantity surveyor. The borrowing company's equity, at least 20% of the contract price, is paid to the builder before the first draw.
How does a builder join the panel?
Email business@woolong.com.au, or use the contact form and choose Builders joining the panel.
