We collect entity information including ACN/UEN, trust deeds, and financial statements. We may collect bank account data via open banking (Basiq/Frollo) with your explicit consent.

Your information is used to: assess your application for credit; administer your loan; communicate with you about your account; comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; detect and prevent fraud.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose your information to: credit reporting bodies (Equifax); our SMSF specialist partner (with your consent); solicitors involved in your transaction; the approved operator and Land Owner entities as necessary for settlement; regulatory bodies as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for a minimum of 7 years after the completion or termination of your loan, in accordance with Australian law.
