Our Services
Woolong Capital Pte Ltd provides the Alt Investment Property Loan, a commercial investment loan product, to Australian entities. We do not provide consumer credit or regulated mortgage credit.
Fees and Charges
A complete schedule of fees is available on our Rates & Fees page. The key fees are: establishment fee (2.20% of loan amount), documentation fee ($3,500), due diligence fee ($2,500 non-refundable), PPSR registration ($600), and monthly administration fee ($484).
Responsible Lending
The Alt Investment Property Loan is provided for investment purposes and is exempt from the responsible lending obligations under the NCCP Act. Woolong Capital Pte Ltd nonetheless conducts a thorough credit assessment of all applications.
